Shipping policy

At Momento Press, we take great care in creating your custom orders. Because each item is personalised and made-to-order, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time.

1. Processing & Production Times

All orders are professionally printed and packed in our studio.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Peak Periods: During busy gifting seasons (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for production.

  • Urgent Orders: If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us at hello@momentopress.com.au before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Shipping Rates (Australia)

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. You can choose your preferred method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Flat Rate)

  • Express Shipping: $14.00

  • Small Item Shipping (e.g., Mini Sets): $3.00 (Sent via tracked letter/padded mailer where applicable).

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, the following delivery windows typically apply:

  • Standard Post: 3–6 business days.

  • Express Post: 1–3 business days.

  • Regional Areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery to remote or regional locations.

Note: Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control. We recommend choosing Express Post if you are on a tight deadline.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS) containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your journey directly on the Australia Post website. Please note: Small items sent via the $3.00 "Small Item" rate may not include full tracking.

5. Correct Information & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: We pack every order with love and care to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.

6. Holiday Shutdowns

Momento Press occasionally takes a short break to recharge. Any planned holiday shutdowns will be clearly communicated via a banner on our website homepage. Orders placed during these times will be processed in the order they were received once we return.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because Momento Press products are personalised and custom-made using your unique photos, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
